We've added our New Patient Form to our web site so you can fill it out here and now and submit it electronically. This way, when you get to the office everything will be ready to go - minimizing your wait time.

If you'd like to make an appointment for your first visit, please fill out this form now. It is the easiest way to get started. Once you submit it someone in my office will get back to you to set up an appointment date and time.

We accept the following insurance: most PPO's, Gemcare, County of Kern, American Vet. Medical Association (AVMA), Speciality & 2nd Opinion: Bakersfield Family Medical Center (BFMC). Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your insurance.

One caution about this form though - please set aside 7 -14 minutes so you can fill it out completely in one sitting. This will prevent you from losing your work and having to start over again. Thank you and I look forward to meeting you.

Ear

When you come in to see the doctor for any ear problem, he might look in your ear with an otoscope. He can also remove ear wax and perform a hearing test, if necessary. Click the icon for more info!

Nose

Wondering what to expect when you go in for sinus problems, a broken nose or nose bleeds? Dr. Fisher will assist you by examining your nose for a possible deviated nasal septum. Click the icon for more information.

Throat

Are you having sore throat problems or hoarseness? Dr. Fisher can help diagnose the problem. He might took a look down your throat in order to find the reason for your discomfort by using a flexible scope.
